Policy & Procedure

FABulous Transformations offers a satisfaction guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will issue you a store credit in the amount of total value of that item (or your purchase) if it is eligible. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a store credit). Please be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside or www.detoxforbeauty.com. Each distributor has its own customer service department and you must contact the distributor directly if there is a problem with your order. These items cannot be returned to detoxforbeauty.com 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 10 days: All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 calendar days after the order is placed. Documentation: Your original invoice must accompany your returned item(s) in order for FABulous Transformations to process your store credit. New Condition: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unopened/unworn before they can be accepted for a store credit. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on hosiery items and any shapewear that includes a panty. If these are returned to FABulous Transformations they will be sent back to you at your expense.
